Providing a Seamless Experience From Start to Finish

Home remodels are a whirlwind of dreams, excitement, and—let’s be honest—the occasional headache. Between decisions, noise, and a bit of dust, it can feel like a lot. But at CB Construction, we want the dream-come-true moments to stand out. After all, we’re here to make this process not just manageable, but actually enjoyable!

We know there are plenty of contractors out there, so we’re grateful you’re considering us for your project. Clear communication is our secret sauce—it’s what turns a good project into a great one. That’s why we’ve laid out exactly how we work so you’ll know what to expect from start to finish.

Our Seamless Process

Consultation

We’ll start by discussing your project goals and making sure we're a good fit for each other. After learning about your vision, we’ll provide a ballpark estimate based on similar work. It’s a rough figure, but it will help guide the conversation. Once you've had time to consider, you decide if we move forward together to the next step—turning ideas into detailed plans.

Pre-Construction

We’ll sign a pre-construction agreement to dive deeper into the details. This is where the magic happens: we work together with your designer or architect to outline the scope, bring in trusted subcontractors for estimates, and map out all your decision points. We’ll nail down a detailed estimate that’s as close to the ballpark figure as possible. If you’re happy, we sign the contract and get ready to break out the tools for the real fun—construction!

Construction

Once the deposit’s in, it’s go-time! We’ll prep the site, stay tidy, and work from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Plus, we’ll keep the lines of communication open with weekly check-ins to keep things running smoothly. Changes? No worries—we’ll keep you in the loop. At the end, we’ll do a final walk-through to ensure everything’s perfect, and you’ll have a beautifully finished space.
