Our Design-Build Process

1 | Consultation
We’ll meet to discuss your vision and provide a rough estimate based on similar projects. If everything feels right, we’ll move forward and start developing a detailed plan together.
2 | Pre-Construction
We’ll dive into the details, defining the scope, getting estimates, and creating a comprehensive plan with a finalized schedule and costs. If you’re happy with the plan, we’ll sign a contract and get ready to build.
3 | Construction
Once your deposit is received, construction begins, and we keep things tidy and on track with regular check-ins. At the end, we’ll do a final walk-through to make sure everything is perfect before wrapping up.
